Caldwell,
Idaho -- The skies over Caldwell
will be buzzing with planes of
all shapes an sizes this
weekend. Pilots are getting set
to take flight at this year's
Celebration of Flight Air Show.
"Tumble it
nose over tail, hover it like a
helicopter. Do the kind of
things that audiences just look
and go. I can't believe it. I've
never seen anything like that
before," said air show pilot
Greg Poe.
Poe is a
passionate air show performer.
"The first
time I did aerobatics and felt
that freedom, that ability to go
straight up in the sky, I was
hooked for life," he said.
Poe owns
the appropriately named,
Caldwell-based Greg Poe
Airshows. He's in demand. And he
will be flying his brand new,
ethanol-powered Fagen MXS at 23
shows up and down the West Coast
this year. He invited 12 News
along to watch him practice.
"Very high
energy. Fast, fast movement. A
lot G's . A very explosive kind
of performance," he said.
